Who we are
SUPERCNZ is the brand behind supercnz.com and decides why and how your details are used. You can reach us at supercnzadmin@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, and which page of supercnz.com you used to join.
- The time you joined.
- A scrambled (hashed) form of your network address, used only to stop abuse. Our list stores only that scrambled form, never the address itself.
- Whether the confirmation email was sent, and whether you later left the list.
Why we use it, and your consent
By joining you agree that we may email you a confirmation and then reach out when there is news about a drop. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
You must be 18 or older to join. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.
Who handles it for us
- Resend sends our emails (United States).
- Neon stores the waitlist in a database (Singapore).
- Formspree received sign-ups made before our own list went live and may hold a copy of them (United States). We are moving those sign-ups to our own list and will ask Formspree to delete its copies afterwards.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any host, it may keep standard request logs for a short time, and those can include your network address.
Leaving the list
Every email from us has a Leave the list link. Using it stops all email from us. We then keep a do-not-email record for your address so that we never email you again by mistake.
We keep sign-ups until you leave the list and ask us to delete your record, or until we close the list.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also name someone to act for you if you cannot. Email supercnzadmin@gmail.com from the address you joined with. We delete our record, and we also ask Formspree to delete its copy of your sign-up.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
